iRead book

iRead is an editorial piece that aims to improve reading comprehension and concentration through the formation of a reading habit. This pocket-sized, easily transportable book contains a total of 372 pages. In it, you could read "The Shallows: What the Internet Is Doing to Our Brains." iRead's main goal is to help readers reconnect with the physical book, improve their concentration, and strengthen their reading comprehension. It applies both Maxwell Matz's 21-day minimum habit-creation theory and the pomodoro method, which results in 21 days with a daily limit of pages to read, and offers interactive activities that complement the reading experience, encouraging a consistent and manageable routine.
